Sir,
I am a manufacture and having IE code also. I want to import material on high cis basis purchase and the material will be utilised in my factory for further production. Is theimporter registration with excise is mandatory for me?? Please reply.

IF IMPORTED MATERIAL WILL BE USED IN YOUR FACTORY, THERE IS NO NEED TO HAVE IMPORTER'S REGISTRATION SEPARATELY.
