Hi i want to import a mobile phone worth 110$ what is the import duty i have to pay for it and if i get as a gift how much i should pay

as per para 2.8(iii) HBP vol-1, 2009-2014 exporter / importer are exempt from IEC CODE if they are import / export the goods for personal use or agriculture purpose.
