Can we claim IGST excess tax Credit against 50% CGST and 50% SGST ?

Yes you can claim............

Yes... You can claim.
But, You can't avail 50/50. You adjust the excess IGST credit to CGST fully after any balance then you can adjust SGST....

You can adjust any excess IGST credit against CGST fully first, then if any excess still exist, the same can be adjusted against SGST.
