I want to do course in IFRS, can anyone pls suggest if IACT is good to avail this course or any other suggestion regarding this course?

ICAI course is good. Alternatively you can opt for KPMG course.

whether online certificate in IFRS course directly by ACCA is beneficial?

every course has its own value. What is more important is the area/ company where you are aiming to work at.
