Which Agency (ICAI / ICWAI / KPMG / ACCA ) certification for IFRS will be best acceptable in INDIA.

It depends upon whether one is a student or experienced professional.
What counts is the technical knowledge and hands on practice.
Mere certification will not do, whether it is from International Accounting Standard Board itself.
