if one person get more than one Gst number within the state

15 September 2017 State Goods and service tax act is permissible to registered more than one gst registration and doing business by a individual. if it is possible.. A person having one pan number and he was registered two times and he received two gst registration number... it is valid or void ... Note : Two gst no. within the same state..

15 September 2017 Two GST registration is possible within a state for two business verticals. But for a single business having two GST registration is void cancel one registration.

15 September 2017 please check the GST number carefully and let me know if the numeric digit after the PAN in GST number is same or different?
If it is same i.e. 1 in both the registration, it means there is only one registration.
If it is different i.e. 1 in one registration and 2 in another registration, it means you have 2 businesses in the same State.
