02 January 2014 can any c.a. disallow for industrial training to his articals.?

02 January 2014 if he doesnt sign transfer forms articles cannot take transfer and may not join industrial training.

02 January 2014 Yes it is in the hands of boss to allow or not allowing student for industrial training

because you have signed in form 102 in a stamp paersaying that you will be working under him for 3 years

so convince boss for permission but cannot demand

02 January 2014 before the current regulations you had a good chance of approaching ICAI in case CA doesnt sign the form as Regulations for industrial training only require a three month notice. I, myself got my principal to sign my 109 after giving him a three month advance notice with a copy of regulations attached to it!!

However, this prior permission thing has tilted the weight in favor of the CA.

Still a case for you to approach ICAI on this as Industrial regulation as such was not amended. But not a very strong case anyways.
