Do we have to remember Case laws for Ca final in Idt as in the name...suggest briefly hpw to remember

No need to learn all the things, ull also get marks if u write a perfect upto mark(point) answers.
Case Laws dosen't offer more marks. So if u r capable to learn then of course do that, otherwise no need to learn that.

By quoting case laws it will add your marks. But remember if wrongly quoted you will loose the mark. so if you are thorough about the names , you can mention it. other wise you can quote like ' as per relevant case law'. In my opinion its better to quote case laws, because in every questions there will have to connect with case law.
