My attempt for intermediate is in December 2013. I registered under postal course.
My admission is on provisional bases.
I have not received any question papers with study-materials....
I came to know on 11th august,
that 10th august was the last day for submission of papers for "CC certificate".
now, what can be done in this case ??

Check with the Regional office for the study materials and test papers. Now dates are over not possible to get CC for appearing Dec-13
