Icitss applicable for old students?

I've registered for ipcc in may16, And i haven't completed both ITT and orientation course. For past few months in south India no batches for the same are being held. So can I do Icitss for both IT and Orientation because only Icitss batches are being held here.

Yes ITT& Orientation is replaved by 4 weeks ICITSS Training.
So you have to complete it.
