Hello,
I was filed A.Y. 2008-09,E-return on 04-12-09 then what i do next , Can i submit signed ITR-V Acknowledgment to ITAX Dept Delhi or send it by POST to Bangalore........
Pl help me ........reply ASAP

ITR V of assessment year 2008-09 has to be filed before the concerned IT office. No need to send to B'lore.

If my Place which I relates is far away means if My Ward is in Delhi ITO Ward and Where I am Now Working is Gujart.So how Can I go to that Ward..to File that (A.Y.2008-2009)Return..
or I can file that Return in my Gujarat Area ITO ward ?

you can send it to the registered post in your IT Ward...and get acknowledgement..
