I have not received tds certificate from my client

i hv not received few TDS certificate from my client. they are not interested to provide those. i m enable to file return without getting those TDS certificate.
i don't understand what should i do. please help me.
Please note that I know that customers PAN and TAN number.

you can take detail of tds online from

you registered you pan with this site and
and click view 26AS
after that you can select year detail you want to see.
if your deducter file the TDs file then you can see detail of tds deducted and party name and amount of which tds deducted
and click view 26AS
after that you can select year detail you want to see.
