I forgot my efiling password

21 October 2013 i forgot my efiling password & secret question as well..
& i have asked for reset my password to the it dep. several times.
but they have sent reset link to the email id,which was entered at the time of creation of my e filing account.
as now I don't have that email id too.
then what should i have to do to get back my e filing account?

21 October 2013 I've tried 2nd option..because I have not e filed any of my return yet.
so don't have an acknowledgement number of a previous return,I don't have a digital signature,& don't remember the secret question too.
that's why I opted 2nd option & sent a mail of relevant details to the ITD like 5 to 6 times.
but they replied that the details of password sent to the registered email ID. which I didn't get yet.

21 October 2013 See Spam email & get it confirmed reg. ID.

If it doesnt match then no option other then resetting thru DSC.
