after death of my father we divide his capital to create my huf(i have a son & brother also have a son) & my brother`s huf & now we have three huf (my HUF,brother`s HUF & my father`s HUF)can it is possible.in family we are two brorher,one maaried sister & my mother.

12 August 2011 The individual property of father has been transferred and property of father's HUF have not been divided.

It is possible to have 3 HUFs in the above situation.
