my father has a Huf firm (He was a karta) & me(only son)&my son(only) r members Now last year my father was no more....After his death I am karta in Bank Fd record after submitting my fathers death certificate The only income of this Huf is bank fd monthly interest.Now for Tds purpose(15G) should I submit my fathers Huf pan card or take a new Huf pan card from dept and submit that ?

HUF has a separate identity. After death of Karta other senior male member will be Karta. It will be remained continued until the resolution of HUF.
