dear sir/ madam,
If retail dealer have only b2c sales, he should required to upload or maintain HSN wise or quantity details?

Less than 1.5cr no need above said details...
Otherwise mandatory...

If your turnover is more than Rs.1.5 crore in a year then only you required to maintain HSN Summary.
