If I'm selling handmade keychain made from different raw materials and handwork, how to add hsn code. Is it only for the finished product that is keychain regardless of the materials.

No. there are different HSN codes made out of different materials.
E.G. 7326 90 00 (Keychains of base metal)
3926 90 90 (Articles of plastic, keychains) etc. etc.
Fill the more appropriate to the material used.
