Hi,
I have a query here. I have booked a float and as of now living in a rented apartment. The EMI for the housing loan would commence only by 2019 however by that time I need to pay the interest amount.
My query is can I claim the HRA exemption and the interest on housing together till 2019?

HRA : You can claim, no issues.
