Hi All,
According to new HRA rule: PAN no. of Landlord need to be declared incase HRA claimed is greater than 1,00,000 RS.
i.e for 12 months: If the HRA claimed is more than 8333.33Rs.
I have a query regarding the same:
If i have claimed HRA for 6Months for the year 2013. (i.e. 16,500Rs Per Month) which comes out to be 99,000Rs per year.
Do i need to still declare my Landlord PAN no??
As my HRA claim for year is less than 1L but monthly claim is greater than 8333 Rs.
Appreciate your suggestion on this.

If annual rent paid is more than 1 lac then only you have to submit PAN of landlord as per Not. 8/2013
