Hra excemption

22 June 2016 My annual income is Rs.3 lakhs I am not getting any HRA allowances but I pay rent of Rs.96000 per annum.So how can I get the HRA excemption. Can I get a tax benefit for the rent paid.

Please do this favour as early as possible.
