I HAVE RECEIVED 15300/= AS HRA EVERY MONTH IN MY SALARY... MY PARENTS AND MY MY WIFE LEAVING IN RANTED ACCOMODATION IN METRO CITY WHICH IS APPROX. 200KM FROM MY JOB PLACE...
I LEAVING IN SHARING ACCOMODATION WITH SOME OF MY FRIENDS AND DOING UP-DOWN OR GOING AT WEEKOFF TO MEET MY FAMILY....
I HAVE TO GIVE RENT 15000/= FOR THE ACCOMODATION IN WHICH MY FAMILY LEAVING ...
SIR CAN I SHOW THIS 15000/= MONTHLY HRA AS EXAMPTION AND SAVE MY TAX???
LANDLORD ALREADY GIVE PAN COPY TO ME AND RENT RECEIPT ....

No. only rent paid for accommodation/house staying by the employee is eligible for HRA exemption. rent paid Rs.15000 for rent of family other plance you cannot claim under HRA

can i show that i m living with my family... and doing everyday approx 200KM up-down by train and doing my job...

No, basically rent can be claimed the City where you are working 200 kms distance cannot be consider as city or working place limit.
