Hi experts,
I have rented a house for 12K per month in Delhi. The owner of house lives in US and he has given his house to his relative.
His relative has rented a portion to me and is collecting rent every month.
Can I submit his PAN number along with rent receipts.

You can submit the PAN number in whose name rental agreement is done.
