Hra and 80 gg

07 September 2015 whether both section can be used when a person has worked in 2 companies.
one is giving hra and another not.

How declaration under section 80gg can be given in form 10ba when we are filling itr online?

Total income comes to 254727 without deduction under sec 80 gg and 264727 after claiming deduction under 80 gg??
what should be done?

07 September 2015 you can claim both, no issues.

HRA falls under exemptions and 80GG falls under chapter VI A

07 September 2015 i have paid rent but do not have rent receipts, normally landlord cannot give rent receipts

08 September 2015 then dont claim HRA and/or 80 GG, as the case may be. At the time of scrutiny, you will land yourself in TROUBLE.
