07 March 2012 Hi,
Im staying in bangalore in my own house. I dont have any loan on my house.
Im getting HRA of Rs 18750 pm from my company.
What would be the taxable amount here?

07 March 2012 Full Amount of HRA received taxable. In one word if no rent paid then HRA Exemption not available.
OM SAI SRI SAI JAI JAI SAI

07 March 2012 Agree with expert.
Since you stay at your own house, HRA received is fully taxable in your hand.

Thanks
Mihir Doshi
