How would consider gap between termination of articles

02 November 2013 Hi experts, i have joined the articleship on 14-2-2013 and generally it would end on 13-2-2016. But, i have terminated on 13-10-2013 that means i have served for a period of 7 months and 26 days. Now, my question is if im going to join my re-articleship say on 12-11-2013 when my articleship is going to be ended? and another question are they going to extend my articleship period or consider as leave as these days? Pls, kindly answer these question... thanks in advance....

02 November 2013 you will have to register for 2 years, 4 months and 4/5 days. on paper it does extend your articleship by a month.

In real if you have lesser leaves (including this gap month), you might be able to leave your articleship earlier. But on paper it will continue.

02 November 2013 Yes, your article ship period will be extended by the period from which you have taken transfer till the date of re joining.
