12 September 2025 How we received PAN, TAN ,PF ,ESIC and GSTIN No. after ROC Registration Certificate.

12 September 2025 After ROC (Registrar of Companies) registration, the process to receive PAN, TAN, PF, ESIC, and GSTIN numbers is generally integrated and streamlined, particularly if the company registration is done via the MCA portal using the SPICe+ form. Here's how each is typically received post ROC registration:

PAN and TAN:

When a company is incorporated through the MCA portal with the SPICe+ form, PAN and TAN are usually allotted automatically along with the Certificate of Incorporation (COI).

These are sent to the registered email address of the company or can be downloaded from corresponding portals (NSDL for PAN and TAN).

12 September 2025 PF (Provident Fund):

PF registration number is acquired separately by registering the company with the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO).

This often requires submitting specific forms to EPFO after the company starts operations.

PF account number for employees can be accessed via the UAN portal once the company is registered.

12 September 2025 ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation):

ESIC registration must be separately applied for if applicable (based on employee count criteria).

Application can be made online with ESIC using company details after ROC registration.

12 September 2025 GSTIN (Goods and Services Tax Identification Number):

GST registration can be done simultaneously with ROC registration via SPICe+ if the turnover or business parameters demand it.

Otherwise, GSTIN must be separately applied for on the GST portal after incorporation

19 September 2025 Good Luck...
