Hope it is Macro, not micro.

Easiest way to learn macro is to record it. To record macro, knowledge of programming is not essential. Go to view tab/Macro/record macro (save in personal tab) and start working on database. You work will be recorded in personal and then you can recall it in future as and when required. It saves lot of time for activities which are repetitive.
