How to track fake CA's

U may simply ask him his/her membership number . & check that membership number on ICAI web online directory of CA's.

What if He hasn't apply for the membership no. of ICAI, any other way to findout.

You may simply contact ICAI for that because before some time the search was available from name of member but now we can search only from membership number so u may ask that persons final passing roll number and contact ICAI for the verification of marksheet that whether this person has passed final exam or not.
