hi friends, i m going to give november 2014 attempt, and i did not start prepration of law, plz hlp me, how to start, important topic nd which book should i refer

Refer book of Munish Bhandari. Must do Practice Manual and RTP for good preparation. Supplementary study material issued by ICAI is also very important.

For corporate and allied laws preparation, simply refer updated book of Munish Bhandari. Pay special attention to the study of Companies Act 2013 as the same is applicable for Nov 2014 exam.
In theory subjects like law, good writing and presentation is very important so please take note of the same. Prepare law based practical questions from Munish Bhandari, practice manuals and revision test papers. Law based practical questions are very common for this paper.
Also study updated SEBI law from Munish book and you may prepare short notes of exam oriented topics and chapters. Also pay attention to good revision.
