How to reconstitute partnership firm

18 April 2015 Hi..... i have partnership firm in which there are 2 partners out of which one wants to resign form this partnership firm and another 2 are ready to enter in that firm. But this partnership had not started their business till now. So how can I reconstitute it. Kindly provide me the compalete procedure and list of dcouments required for this???? and pls tell me how much value of stamp paper is required to reconstitute it?????? Pls hlp me on urgent basis......

18 April 2015 The new 2 partners should first be admitted as partners and the one who wants to resign, can be retired after admitting the new partners.

For stamp paper value, you may refer the State.
.
Documents: It is advisable to obtain PAN Cards of Partners, Address Proof, Any other proof of Identity, Proof as regards the address of the firm etc.
