singapore company getpurchase order from indian company, and singapore company buyer also in india , hence goods transacation in india only ( no export is involved ) how to make invoice and local sales tax is appliable or not.
this is transaction is possible. please advise.

There seems to be no export in the given case since material is not going to leave Indian territorial waters. Therefore, it should be treated as ordinary domestic sale based on local vat laws.
Invoice may show the name of principal buyer title as singapore company name/address with consignee title as Indian buyer name/ address. Also, no other export incentives shall be available for this sale.
Better take seecond opinion in the mattter.
