1)Prepare the Balance sheet of Head office with giving proper links&formulaes from trialbalance of head office
2)in the books of HO there will be branch Accounts...

Incorporate all assets,liabilities of branches to head office and now in the books of headoffice branch account balance will becomes zero

follow same process for all branches and consolidate accordingly
