Hello,
I have received amount Rs100000/- from my father in law on 5/5/2012 through bank tranfer.
Can he make gift deed for it now i.e on any date after 5/5/2012.
can he make the gift deed in rs 100 non judicial stamp paper. I am hindu by religion and resident of west Bengal. Please advise.

Yes, he can make a Gift Deed in favour of you on the stamp paper by mentioning the facts and particulars.
