How to known in mca form 23b form is filed or not

16 August 2013 Pls anybody tell me how can i known the Form 23B for appointment of auditor is to be filed or not after login on the MCA21 side or in case of the online genrated receipt is lost. And also let me known the if now we filed the Form 23B for appointment of auditor for FY 2012-13 how much fee is to be paid??

Go to public inspection category of that company on MCA portal, it will show you a list of documents filed with ROC.

When you are going to payment for inspection you just click on CIN, it will display the details of filed documents with ROC. Most of the professional used this methods.
