How to get tds for non sibmission of return for ay 2018-19

we missed to file return as time was past 12 pm on 31.3.19 for ay 18-19.but we hv taxable income and TDS has been deducted.we shall get refund if our return would have been filed.how can wesinmit return now with penalty.

You have waited too much, i.e. till 12.00 pm in filing the ITR. It shows that you have a great amount of patience. Maintain the same till the department requires information or sends you a notice.
