How to get my user id and password of tan

19 October 2012 1 of my client used to file his TDS return from someone now he wants me to file his TDS return as well but the person who used to file his return earlier has denied to give any details in the matter and at the time of registration of TAN he has given his own Email address instead of Client's Email ID and he has not given any details regarding user ID and seceret Question....so can any one help me in the related matter as soon as possible..
