07 April 2013 Dear Sir/Madam
please help me i have a 2 taxi car with yellow board..i have given hire for govt office from 2 years monthly Rs 25000 hiring charges but they deducted 2% tds I.e RS 500
now the amount has gone 500*2=1000*24months Rs 240000 please help me how can i file income tax can i declare self i have basic knowledge r i have to CA

19 July 2013 You need to file the income tax return for claiming refund for your TDS. approach any taxation professionals and get it filed the return
