How to get e-acknowledgement number?

09 November 2013 Dear Sir,
I have forgotten my e-filling password, secret question and donot have last year acknowledgement number for income tax return. Now, filled retrun through taxcloud but donot recieve acknowledgement number.
Please help to get e-acknowledgement.

validate@incometaxindia.gov.in

with following details

PAN number , Father' name , DOB & PAN registered address

Income tax department doesn't send passwords from validate@incometaxindia.gov.in option.

taxcloud cannot give you the ITRV. Check your spam folder in your email.

10 November 2013 still. Since that Anil Ambani issue, income tax department doesn't issue password in response to emails to validate@incometaxindia.gov.in

10 November 2013 sir, but i have filled itr of my friend through taxcloud india and received ITR-V also. But, in my case it shows filled through IT site filling status but ITR-V still not received.
Please help.

10 November 2013 check your SPAM account. Or why not try to refile through taxcloud?? ITRV is never issued by taxcloud. So they wont be able to help you.
