plz tell me how to form ngo in jharkhand

You need to approach the Registrar of Societies for registration of the NGO. You will have to prepare the memorandum of association of the NGO (society) and the bye-laws of the Society. Please note that at least seven persons are required to form a sociwtyb / ngo. The applicable law is Society Registration Act and the rules framed thereunder. Apart from rthe above, some formal documents are also required.
