How to find pan name by pan number on-line. Please let me know.
How to identify whether it is invidual, company, firm, association etc...

The Fourth Letter in alpha-neumeric PAN No is if P, it's Individual's PAN No. Similarly in the case of Company and Firm 4th letter will be "C" & "F" respectively.

You can know correct name by going on e-filing website. Go in th eServices Category. Click know your PAN. Fill up the mandatory field's like surname and Date of Birth etc.
