How to finalize financial statements

Resp Sir,
i am ca Student , sir i want to know that at the time of audit what are the important thing to be check for finalization of Financial Statements like
1.cash not negative,
2.debtor , creditor balance confirmation
3.All Statutory compliance(Tds,
Esi,Pf,vat S.tax)
4.Bank Reconcile
5.Stock valuation
6.G.profit maintain
7.opening Balance check with previous year audited balance sheet
8.All provision should be made (elect, tel , salary, tax)
9.Sale purchase , or Service Charges match with respective returns
10.tds compilance and match with tds return
11.Sec 43b applicability
i know only these , plz guide me things to be check other than above..
