How to file return where bank account of co. is not opened

15 September 2014 Dear Sir,
One of our client company is recently incorporate and his bank account is not opened till date, then there is any remedy is available to the company to file his income tax return without quoting his bank account details in the return..

Please suggest at the earliest as the filing date is very near and no any option is available to him against this problem...

15 September 2014 first u file the return on time without providing any account no and then immediately after opening a current accounts file revised return qith the new number in it

16 September 2014 Dear Sir,
But How it is possible, as the ITR-6 is not validating form without Complete account number and IFSC Code..and if we put it with fictitious numeric or alphanumeric (in case of IFSC Code), then the CPC declared the return defective under section 139(9)...

Please clarify in the brief point as we seriously need it..

16 September 2014 then defective return can be rectfied later u/s 139(9) as 15 days time will be given to u.
