How to file rectified return by uploadeing form 10e

15 October 2015 dear sir,

i have filled return of my relative who had received arrears of salary. as per form 16 i have taken relief u/s 89 but the same was disallowed by income tax. after i have filed form 10E online. pls advice the next step i should do.

02 November 2015 I think you have received intimation u/s143(1) and in this such relief is disallowed by the deptt. Now you can file reply u/s 154 to CPC OR your Assessing Officer with supporting documents.
