How to file it returns without form-16 from employer?

16 March 2016 Case - An employee has resigned from a company in February and joined another company.
Old company has been taken over by some other company.
Hence no identity of old company exists now. Similarly form-16 is also not available except salary received in bank account till February.
TDS details are available in form 26-AS.
How to file IT return in absence of Form-16 from the employer?

Please guide at the earliest, thank you.

17 March 2016 file on the basis of salary slips. Form 16 is merely a presentation of tax statement..
