How to exercise the due leaves.

20 June 2008 Can an article exercise his due leaves at any time he want? Actually, I have earned the leave for about 110 days and I want to exercise them for my exams of PCC which are going to held in this Nov. Can I do so? Furthermore, please tell me can I avail those Sundays and other holidays as leave on which I have worked in past. Please post your precious thoughts.
