24 February 2012 For that firstly you have to pass all levels in your c.a in 1st attempt. Though initially you may not get that much, and only international offers would be in that range.

24 February 2012 i wonder whether the person wants to focus on money or very effective job that helps one to get good grip on every nuance of the job. if good at nuances then sky is the limit of one;s earning!

The package you are looking for is not that difficult but by eating Pani Puri you cannot get this poackage. You have to either ranker or topper in the Final Exam of the ICAI. No CA firm will offer you this package then the option is that you should look for some big industrial house which may give you this package and for that you have to be
1) Very very smart to prove your ability
2) Your capability to work hard
3) Your efforts to turn around the present financial position to much better position of the company
4) Able to generate funds for the company without any cost
etc. etc. etc.............
