How to download form 31

11 September 2014 Dear Sir,
My company has deducted TDS on work contract u/s 194C a sum of Rs:- 30 lac. now Contractor is asking for TDS certificate from sales tax not TDS certificate of from 16A belonging to Income tax. He says there is another TDS certificate related to sales tax which can be downloaded online.........
I can't understand what he says becoz I knew only TDS certificate which is from 16A...

He say there is form 31 for above purpose..
plz explain it with details.....

11 September 2014 There is concept of TDS under sales tax (WCT TDS)- applicable only in case of material + Labour contract, also on similar lines as of income tax. Kindly check under which provision TDS is done.
