How to do mail space bill entry in tally ....

please help me. I have taken 25gb mail space from rediff.com now the problem is how to put entry in tally (Journal or other entry).

please share you tips with my.

19 April 2017 Under tally all entries are to be journalised unless those are in nature of sale or purchase of goods, small cash payments and every bank payment (for expenses (other than purchase of goods) should have a journal entry for expense
