How to compute the exact cost?

01 August 2012 If the composition of a particular product is as below what will be its cost:-

Raw material BasicPrice Input Vat Qty Amt
A 25 0% 1kg 25
B 60 5% 0.5kg 30
C 250 5% 0.1kg 25

The product manufactured is sold at a vat rate of 14.5%. So take the cost for charging markup we should calculate(A+B+C) WITH OR WITHOUT VAT???
