How to clear defaults of overbooked challan in traces

12 March 2016 sir i have uploaded a single challan for two quarters bymistakely, hence one challan is occupied and bokked but in the other quarter there is a demand of as challan overbooked,, please give me a solution for this

12 March 2016 1)Never done such mistakes and so no idea, you may raise a query with TDSCPC and may try for solution

2)Give a try as below

Do online challan correction for each quarter

A)for first quarter edit challan details and show exact amount(actual tds deducted) in TDS amount and amount excess paid can be shown in others coloumn.

B)same method for second qtr

Lets see i hope it may get resolved.

12 March 2016 Yeah sir...bt challa has been already booked..default generated....this the problem. So we just need to remove the overbooked challan. Help regarding removal if there any option
